Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We have a discounted flat standard shipping rate of $10 for all orders up to $100, $15 for all orders over $100 to $250 and $20 for all orders over $250 within Australia.

Express Post is an additional $10 on each of the order levels noted above.

These rates are applicable to all Australian states excluding Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Shipping to Northern Territory and Western Australia is a flat rate of $50 for orders under $350 and $100 for orders above $350. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Delivery Times

Quiet Luxe cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to Supplier issues. We do our best to deliver in a timely manner but on occasion delays may occur that are beyond our control.
